Product Tip: How to hide the reject button for a particular workflow step in Kissflow

To hide the form action buttons for a particular workflow step in Kissflow:

• Go to Permissions, click a workflow step, and scroll down. 
• Under Configure actions, hover over a button you don't want the user to see and click Hide. 

To hide the reject button, hover over Reject and click Hide. When an item reaches the specific workflow step, the person acting on it will not see the reject button on the form. Similarly, you can show or hide the Reassign and Send Back buttons for specific workflow steps in Kissflow.
