Product Tip: How to add approver to an existing process item in Kissflow

Let's take a scenario where Jacob Fury is the current workflow approver. He has left the organization. In the workflow step, you go ahead and change the approver to another user called Happy Hogan. 

However, a process item is in progress and that step is currently assigned to Jacob Fury, and he will not be able to take action. How can you fix this?

Use the Reassign action to reassign that particular item to Happy Hogan so he can act on it. 

Who can reassign? The initiator of that specific item can reassign the approver. The Process Admin can reassign the item.
