Fetching Form Table Fields in Kissflow Document Template

Would you like to include form table fields in a document template along with other form and system fields? 
While you cannot drag-and-drop form table fields directly into a table in a document template, you can easily include them by adding double curly braces "{{" in the table.

How does it work?
Sarah, the HR manager at Stark Corporation, generates the Employee Onboarding process forms as document templates once the items complete the workflow. The details of the educational qualifications and work experience are collected in a form table. To include these details in the document template, she adds the table to the template and fetches the form table fields with the double curly braces "{{" in the table.

To fetch a table field in a table in a document template:

1. Add double curly braces '{{' in the field.

2. You will find a dropdown with the list of form and system fields along with fields from the respective form table.

3. Select the field you want to add from the table.

Pro Tip: You can customize the document template table by inserting/deleting rows and columns and splitting or merging cells based on your preference.
