Impersonation in a service account is the ability to act on behalf of a user or an item inside your Kissflow account. By impersonating a user, the service account can complete items or access resources as if the user acted on them. Impersonation is helpful when a service account needs to perform tasks on behalf of another user but does not have the necessary permissions to do so without granting the service account direct access to flows.
