Upcoming changes to the CSV export limit in dataforms

We are introducing a row limit for CSV exports from dataforms in Kissflow Apps.

What’s changing?

CSV exports from dataforms will now be limited to 100,000 rows per file.If an export exceeds this limit, it will be split into multiple CSV files, bundled together in a zipped folder.

What this means for you

Currently, there is no defined row limit. After this update, each CSV export will be capped at 100,000 rows.

If your dataform has more than the capped limit of rows, the export will be split into multiple CSV files within a zipped folder. For example, a 110,000-row dataform will export as two CSV files: one with 100,000 rows and another with the remaining 10,000.

This update is expected to be rolled out in last week of April 2025.
