Now live: Refinements to audit log

Audit log is now live with handy enhancements!

We know how important it is for admins to have clarity on who did what, when, and from where. We’ve made a few thoughtful enhancements to make reviewing and investigating audit events smoother.

• AI-powered summaries: Get a quick grasp of any event before digging into raw details.

• Easier navigation: Use the previous/next arrows to move across log entries without closing the details view. This makes it simpler to trace related activities.

• Field name filtering option: In addition to filters such as user, object, event category, platform, IP address, and Audit/Batch IDs, you can now filter by field name. This allows you to narrow down results to specific attributes of an event and combine them with other filters for more precise tracking. It offers a clear way to identify what was changed and by whom.

• Extended audit period support: The audit log now supports tracking events up to 90 days, extending beyond the previous 30-day limit. You can choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last 90 days, and still set a custom date range within the last 30 days.

• Export updates: Download just what you need. You can now export filtered logs for targeted reviews, or export the full 90-day history as always.

• Pin columns: Keep the details that matter most in view while scrolling.

These small but useful enhancements make it easier to scrutinize log details and follow up on security investigations without losing context.
 

Availability

• Account-level logs are available to Super admins, IAM admins (account management logs) and User admins.

• Flow-level logs are accessible to flow admins across processes, boards, datasets, integrations, apps, and portals.
