Introducing the latest addition to Kissflow Integrations: the Zendesk Connector! This new connector enhances data sharing and workflow automation by seamlessly linking Zendesk with Kissflow and other popular third-party applications.
To integrate with Zendesk, ensure you have a valid Zendesk account and are a paid Kissflow customer. Once set up, you can perform various actions using the Zendesk Connector, including raising or updating tickets, creating users, adding comments, and accessing all tickets, users, and groups.
Natasha oversees the Customer Support team at Stark Corporation, employing Kissflow Boards and Zendesk to optimize ticketing workflows. Utilizing the new Zendesk Connector, high-priority tickets in the Bug Tracker board trigger automatic ticket creation in Zendesk, ensuring swift resolution of critical customer issues and enhancing overall satisfaction.
Note: Zendesk Connector does not support trigger events at the moment. However, you can still perform other actions and search operations using the connector.
