Product Tip: How to send a custom email to an approver of a workflow step after the item completes its workflow

In Kissflow, while the initiator of an item is notified of its status via a system email, approvers in the workflow have to manually track the item's progress. Using two simple integrations, we can ensure that a specific approver in a workflow is automatically notified of the status of an item via a custom email, eliminating the need for manual tracking.
