Product Tip: How to tag users in comments in Kissflow process forms

In a process, once an item is submitted, users can add comments in the comments tab. You can attach files, add comments and tag initiators and the respective approvers of that particular step. You can only tag individual users and not groups in the comments. 

When a user is tagged in the comment, they will be notified via email and in-app. In the comments thread, users can reply to each comment separately and also react to them.
