Enhancements to participated items in Kissflow Processes and Apps

What’s new

The Participated section, which is currently located inside the Created by me tab and My Items view (apps), is being moved to convenient spots for easier access. 

In standalone processes

Going forward, you’ll find the Participated items tab in the top navigation bar, under the newly added More dropdown.

Inside apps

We're introducing a new Participated items view for the Table component inside apps.

 

This update ensures that all the process items you've participated in are quicker to locate and better organized under a clearly labeled and dedicated space. 

Addition of filters and Show/hide fields

We’re also introducing filters and the capability to show and hide fields inside the new Participated items section, so it's easier to narrow down and customize your view of participated items.

What this means for you

Your existing item data will not be affected. However, within apps, you’ll no longer be able to access your participated items through the My Items table view. To access them, you'll have to use the newly introduced Participated items table view.
