What is Kissflow Work Platform?

Kissflow Work Platform gives you all the tools you need to embark on an enterprise-wide digital transformation journey. It lets you control your full spectrum of work on a single platform. Kissflow is simple for business users to create powerful low-code apps, processes, and boards. It also offers an extensive set of collaboration, integration, and analytical tools for your day-to-day business operations.

Who is Kissflow for?

Kissflow is for your entire organization. It lets individuals know exactly what tasks are assigned to them and lets them track work as it moves along a flow. It allows team leaders to create and control codeless workflows and forms. It helps the entire organization digitize their work and creates an operational system of record to know the status of what work was completed.  

How is Kissflow different than other products?

Most other products focus only on one slice of part of work, whether automated processes, collaboration, or project/case management. Kissflow is the only product that puts all of them together. Since it is a platform, it can be used across departments and isn’t only for single solutions. 

Kissflow is built keeping in mind the common user and builder. We don't assume that you know everything about process, project, and case management. Instead, we give you all the features you need with an intuitive layout that doesn't require any specific training.

Do you have any templates to use to get started?

Kissflow comes with over 160 pre-built templates for processes, projects, cases, and datasets. You can install these templates from the Kissflow marketplace. After installing them, you have complete control to configure them to your needs.

Do you offer consulting services?

What web browsers do you support?

The web-based form of Kissflow is best viewed in the following browsers:

  • Safari version 15 and above
  • Mozilla Firefox version 100 and above
  • Microsoft Edge version 100 and above

You can use Kissflow in other browsers but may not get the best experience. Be sure to always use the latest version of your browser.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored on servers located in the USA and the European Union.

What are the languages supported?

Kissflow is currently offered in Italian, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, French, German, Vietnamese, Thai, and Russian.


What is the best way to get support?

We have a dedicated team available to answer your questions over chat. Get in touch any time through the chat interface inside Kissflow. To access the interface, click your profile picture on the top right corner of the screen and click Support.
