Using Kissflow App Store

Installing an app

You install an app from the Kissflow App Store and start using it in your live account.

Note:

Only Super Admins can install an app.

To install an app, 

1. Sign in to your Kissflow account.
2. Click the Kissflow App Store button ().
3. Inside the App Store, hover over the free app you want to install. 
4. You will find the Install button on the app’s card or its landing page. 
5. Click Install > Confirm.

Once you confirm the installation of the app, the installation cannot be stopped. Installed apps can be accessed either through the Kissflow App Store or through the explorer.

Note:

You can install an app only once in an account. The Super Admin needs to delete and reinstall the app to install it again.

Enquiring about an app

Many apps in the Kissflow App Store are provisional. Users can enquire about such apps, and Kissflow support staff will provide a personalized version of the app in their account. Follow the steps below to enquire about an app:

1. Sign in to your Kissflow account.
2. Click the Kissflow App Store button ().
3. Hover over the app card with an Enquire button. 
4. Click the Enquire button to access the enquiry form. 
5. Fill out the enquiry form with information about the features you want for your app as well as the size of your team.

   

6. Click Submit. Kissflow’s support staff will contact you regarding your enquiry.

Note:

Users can enquire only once for an app.
