Smart attachment is now available on mobile, bringing form autofill capabilities to users on the go.

A quick recollection

Previously available on web, smart attachments allow users to upload documents and is capable of automatically extracting and populating form fields. Now, the same experience has come to mobile users, making form submissions faster and intuitive than ever. This is how it works:

• Data extraction: Upload documents like ID cards or PDFs to allow extraction of key information.

• Form autofill: Extracted data is intelligently mapped to relevant form fields. 

• Faster submissions: Skip manual entry which is prone to errors and submit forms faster.

Optimized for mobile (PWA)

With smart attachments now available on mobile as PWA (Progressive Web Application), users can complete forms anytime, anywhere using documents as input, without having to switch between apps or manually entering data. 

This enhancement reduces friction, improves accuracy, and speeds up workflows across use cases.
