Introducing the SAP S/4HANA connector in Kissflow Integrations

We’re excited to announce the launch of the SAP S/4HANA connector, the latest addition to Kissflow Integrations! This powerful connector enables real-time data operations between SAP S/4HANA’s database and Kissflow, helping you streamline complex business processes and make faster, data-driven decisions.

All you need is access to a valid SAP S/4HANA account and a Kissflow enterprise account to get started.

For example, meet Morgan, a procurement executive at Wayne Industries, who submits a vendor purchase request in a  Kissflow process to source materials for an urgent manufacturing run. After the request is approved internally, Kissflow automatically triggers an API call to SAP S/4HANA, creating a new purchase requisition that includes key details like vendor name, material specs, pricing, delivery dates, and associated documentation.

This seamless integration ensures that the approved purchase request is instantly available in SAP S/4HANA, enabling accurate tracking, real-time reporting, and timely supplier engagement.

Available actions in the SAP S/4HANA connector

• Create a purchase requisition: Automatically initiate new purchase requests.
   

• Make an API request: Interact with your SAP S/4HANA account using custom API calls.
   

• Fetch vendor list: Retrieve your complete list of suppliers from SAP S/4HANA.
   

• Fetch material master data: Get detailed material info from the master database.
