What's new?
We are excited to introduce auto-save functionality for process items in Kissflow. This feature, designed with your convenience in mind, ensures changes are saved instantly as you type or make modifications, reducing the risk of data loss.

Auto-save for process: Similar to what's already available in Kissflow Boards, the auto-save feature will now be extended to process forms, enhancing user experience and form continuity.

Will the Save button be removed?
- Yes, the Save button will no longer be necessary for filling out forms, as all changes will be saved automatically in real-time.
Does this apply to form submission or process editing?
- Auto-save is only applicable when filling out and submitting forms. It does not apply when editing the structure of a form or creating a process.
What happens if I make an accidental change?
- If you accidentally modify a form while filling it out, the changes will be saved automatically. However, itβs recommended that you double-check the form before proceeding, as there is no built-in undo option at this time.
Feedback and support
Auto-save is a user-friendly feature that will be enabled by default for all users. You don't need to do anything to start benefiting from this feature.
