Accessing an app in preview mode

As an app admin in the development environment, you can see a preview of how the app looks to the users accessing it before deploying it to the target environment. You can view all the pages that you've built along with the navigation structure of the application in this way.

To run any application,

• In the Manage page, click Edit app and open the app.
• From the top-right corner, click the Run button.
• The application preview runs on a different browser window soon after this action.

Once you click Run, you are redirected to the app preview for testing and can decide if you want to make further changes.

Note: To run in preview mode, your application must contain at least one page and navigation.

Accessing other live apps

After signing to your account, click the drop-down beside your app name in the top-left corner to access all the live apps built and deployed by you or shared with you. Click the App explorer option to open the explore page and view the full list of apps you have access to.

Note: The users with whom the app is shared may have different sets of permissions based on the scope of the work they must complete with the app.
