Updates to notification channel settings

To improve discoverability and provide quicker access to frequently used settings, the Notification Channels configuration for Processes, Boards, and Apps will soon be moved to Explore.

What's changing

• Previously, Notification Channels could be accessed from the More actions menu specific to a workflow.

• Going forward, this setting will be available directly from the Explorer card for all Processes, Boards, and Apps in the account.

• For admin users, the More actions menu will continue to appear with its remaining options (Duplicate and Archive). For non-admin users, who previously saw only Notification Channels in this menu, the More actions menu will no longer be displayed.

What remains unchanged

• Only the option to access Notification Channels is being moved. There is no impact on existing notification configurations or user settings.

• All existing notification channel configurations will continue to work as they do presently.

• For admin users, the other options in the More actions menu (Duplicate and Archive) remain unchanged and continue to be available.

Release timeline

This update is purely a navigation improvement aimed at making notification settings easier to find and access. This change will be rolled out in July 2026.
