The new Review changes feature summarizes every update made to your form, workflow, and permissions — optimal for a quick check. Whether a field was added, a workflow step modified, or a validation removed, you get a clear, easy-to-read summary. 

You can review changes anytime during your editing session, even before publishing. This makes it easy to keep track of your edits and stay in control as you build.

When you take over editing from another user, you can review their changes along with the changes made after the last published version, and decide whether to save those changes or discard them. This ensures complete control and transparency when collaborating.

Think of the Review changes view as your final checkpoint before publishing. From here, you can go live with your changes or discard them if not needed.
