We’re making process workflows more intuitive and efficient with updates to Send back and Reassign actions.

🔄 Flexible send back actions

Process Admins/Developers can configure who should be assigned when an item is sent back to a step in a process workflow.

• Approver – Assigns to only the user who last approved it at that step, ensuring continuity.

• Original assignees – Assigns to all users and groups originally assigned to that step, keeping collaboration seamless.

🔒 Reassignment restrictions

• Restrict reassignment – Limit item reassignments only to specific users or groups to ensure tasks stay on track.

  

   

• Inside apps – Limit item reassignments only to users in specific roles, giving teams more control over task handovers.
