You may occasionally experience access issues in Kissflow due to network-level security checks across certain domains.
What happens
Kissflow uses a network-level security layer to protect against malicious traffic and automated attacks. As part of this, incoming requests may be subjected to challenge mechanisms (such as browser validation or traffic inspection).
When a challenge mechanism fails, the request is blocked before it reaches Kissflow, which can result in the application not loading or actions failing without a clear indication.
What this means for you
Pages may fail to load or appear unresponsive.
Certain actions may not complete successfully.
These issues may occur intermittently based on network conditions, IP reputation, or security policies.
What you can do
If you encounter this issue, follow the steps below in the specified order.
Refresh the page to retry the request.
Disable VPNs or proxies that may affect request routing.
Contact your IT team to review network or firewall configurations.
Reach out to Kissflow support if the issue persists.
