Bot settings

Receiving Kissflow notifications inside your organization’s chat application is easier with the Kissflow Bot. Super Admins can enable the Kissflow Bot for specific applications by navigating to Account administration > Account settings > Bot settings. Access Kissflow and receive real-time notifications right within your Google Chat or Microsoft Teams workspace. This integration informs you about your processes, boards, and apps without switching platforms.

Signing in to Kissflow from Google Chat

1. Install the Kissflow app:

   1. Go to your Google Workplace Marketplace. 

   2. Find the Kissflow app and install it.

      

       

2. Now look for Kissflow in your Google chat list.
    

3. Sign in to your Kissflow account:

   1. Type /login inside the Kissflow app within your Google Chat interface and press the Enter/Return key to sign in to Kissflow. A login URL will be generated automatically.

   2. Click the login URL, enter your Kissflow account domain, and click Submit.

   3. Click Allow in the permissions popup that appears and you’re all set.

      

Once signed in, you’ll start receiving notifications from your processes, boards, and apps directly in the Kissflow app within your Google Chat interface. To sign out of the Kissflow app, type /logout and click the Enter/Return key.

Signing in to Kissflow from Microsoft Teams

1. Install the Kissflow app:

   1. On your Microsoft Teams interface, click the Apps button at the left.

   2. Find the Kissflow app and add it.

      

2. Open your newly added Kissflow chat.

3. Sign in to your Kissflow account:

   1. Type login inside the Kissflow app within your Microsoft Teams chat interface and press the Enter/Return key to sign in to Kissflow. A login URL will be generated automatically.

   2. Click the login URL, enter your Kissflow account domain, and click Submit. 

   3. Click Allow in the permissions popup that appears and you’re all set.

      

Once signed in, you’ll start receiving notifications from your processes, boards, and apps directly in the Kissflow app chat within Microsoft Teams.

To sign out of the Kissflow app, enter logout and click the Enter/Return key.

Signing in to Kissflow from Slack

1. Install the Kissflow app:

   1. On your Slack interface, click the Apps button.
   2. Find the Kissflow app and add it.

2. Open your newly added Kissflow chat.

3. Sign in to your Kissflow account:

   1. Type /login inside the Kissflow app within your Slack chat interface and press the Enter/Return key to sign in to Kissflow. A login URL will be generated automatically.

   2. Click the login URL, enter your Kissflow account domain, and click Submit. 

   3. Click Allow in the permissions popup that appears and you’re all set.

Once signed in, you’ll start receiving notifications from your processes, boards, and apps directly in the Kissflow app chat within Slack.

To sign out of the Kissflow app, enter /logout and click the Enter/Return key.
