Active sessions

Accessing active session

The Active Sessions page provides details about the devices and locations where your account is currently active.

Sign in to Kissflow, click your profile picture on the upper-right corner of the home page > click My settings > Security > Active sessions.

Here's what you'll find on this page,

Device information

• Operating system version : This section displays the operating system version of the device where your account is logged in.
• IP Address : The IP address associated with the device's network connection.
• Web browser : Indicates the web browser being used for the session.

First signed in on details

This section provides information about the initial sign-in time and date for all the active sessions.

To sign out of an active session, click the More options button > Sign out. Alternatively, click Sign out from all active sessions to log out from active sessions in all devices associated with your account simultaneously.

Note: It's important to regularly review the Active sessions page to ensure that your account is being accessed only from trusted devices and locations. If you notice any unfamiliar sessions or unauthorized access, consider changing your password and enabling additional security measures for your account.
