What’s new?

When previewing an attachment, you'll see the new Generate summary button that will provide an instant, easy-to-read summary of your attachment. And sometimes you're not just looking for a general summary; you're looking for specific details. In those cases, you can edit the default prompt to find exactly what you need.

 

Imagine you're reviewing a vendor agreement. Instead of reading the generic summary, you can edit the prompt to summarize only the payment terms and deadlines. The summarizer will display the requested details, making your work faster and easier. 

Availability and release

You can access the AI summarizer in Process, Board, and Dataform in the Kissflow platform.

To ensure this feature meets our standards of accuracy and performance, we are adopting a strategic phased rollout. We are currently launching an exclusive pilot program with a select group of customers to fine-tune the experience. Following this validation period, we will begin expanding availability to all users. Watch this space for updates!
