The challenge

Locating and reviewing multiple attachments can be a tedious process for approvers dealing with complex workflows. Attachments are often buried within different sections, forcing you to scroll endlessly and open each file, slowing down the entire process.

A smarter way to review files

This feature consolidates all form attachments, including images and smart attachments, into a single, convenient files panel.

 

Here’s what you can look forward to:

• Centralized access: Find every attachment in one place. The new files panel will provide a complete list of all attachments, grouped by section and field for quick access.

• Easy preview: Navigate and preview all your attachments one after the other in a built-in viewer, without leaving the form.

• AI-powered summaries: The AI summarizer provides an overview of your attachments by extracting key information.

Availability and launch

You can open the files panel at any stage of your platform’s Process and Board workflow: Draft, In progress, Participated, Completed, Withdrawn, Rejected, or Assigned items.
