Introducing new governance features to optimize your Kissflow account

As accounts grow, so does the clutter. Processes get duplicated, boards get abandoned, and drafts never get finished. Account admins are left guessing what's still in use while users choose between three versions of the same request form.

Inactivity monitor

Until now, figuring out what had gone unused meant checking each module separately, one by one. The new Inactivity monitor brings it all together — processes, boards, apps, portals, datasets, lists, and integrations with no recent activity. Similar processes and boards

Redundancy is a harder problem, because duplicate flows rarely share the same name and nobody quite remembers who built what. That's where Similar processes and Similar boards come in: Kissflow now uses AI to group processes and boards that appear to serve the same purpose.
