Creating a Kissflow Board with AI

You can use AI to automatically create your board’s workflow and form.

In the Create your board page, enter the name, item type, ID prefix, and description of your board. You will see the option to create your board using AI apart from manually creating one.

Click the Create using AI button. A tab will appear, prompting you to provide additional context.

If you have entered a board description on the Create your board page already, you'll find that description pre-populated in the prompt box. You can either enhance it to create a more relevant board, or proceed with the existing one to create your board.

The more detailed your prompt is, the more relevant and tailored your board will be.

Next, click Create.

After AI has created your board, you’ll find the relevant statuses and form fields in it. You can also choose to edit the workflow and board form anytime you want.
