Associated flows for boards
The Associated flows section helps you understand how your board interacts with other flows. They offer a visual map of dependencies, making it easier to manage changes.
Click the Manage button at the top right and click the Associated flows button.
There are two types of associations: Looked up flows and Connected flows.
1. Looked up flows
Lookup fields allow a board to pull and display data from other flows.
Under Looked up flows, you can view these relationships:
a. Flows looked up to
This section shows which flows are looking up this board to fetch and display information.
Example: If another board needs to reference details like IT asset availability or Vendor Names from the current board, it would appear under Flows looked up to.
b. Flows looked up from
This section displays the flows that the current board is looking up.
Example: If your IT Asset approval board is pulling Asset Types or Asset details from a master dataset, the master list flow will appear under Flows looked up from.
You can configure lookup settings directly from this page if you need to update or remove associations.
