Managing associated flows in a dataset
The Associated flows section provides an overview of how your dataset interacts with other flows. It helps you understand dependencies, making managing and updating them easier.
To access associated flows, click Manage at the top-right corner of the dataset and select Associated flows.
Looked up flows
Lookup fields allow a dataset to retrieve and display information from other flows. This section is divided into two parts:
Flows looked up to
This section shows the flows that reference this dataset to display or fetch information. For example, if a Process references vendor names or vendor IDs from this dataset, the process' name will appear here.
To configure the reference, click Configure, and you'll be redirected to the Security settings page.
Flows looked up from
This section displays the flows this dataset pulls data from. For example, if your Vendor name dataset retrieves address data from another dataset, the name of that flow will be listed here.
