Process comments
You can collaborate with different stakeholders in a process workflow regarding an item using comments. You can also reply to people in a thread format so that you can keep the conversation in one place and wonβt miss out on other important information. Apart from text, you can add emojis, attach files or images, you can annotate the image that you upload or the images uploaded by others and use @mention tags to tag people who are participants (initiator, step actors, and admins) in the process workflow.
In addition to adding comments, you can also like them or assign comments to the mentioned people. To add a comment to a process item, click the Comments tab in the right navigation strip of the item form.
Note:
Irrespective of which role youβre in, you cannot delete a comment regardless of who added it.
Assigning and resolving comments
You can assign a comment and its thread to a user if you have mentioned them in the comment. To assign a comment and its thread, mention a user who has participated in the workflow by entering @ and their name > click the Assign to checkbox. The assignee will be notified of the assignment.
If you have mentioned more than one user, you can assign the comment to only one of them from the drop-down beside the checkbox.
You can resolve the comment by hovering over the comment and clicking the Resolve button ().
Finding assigned comments
All your comment assignments will be shown under the Assigned comments tab on the process home page. From here, you can filter the open and resolved comments, view and resolve them, or even bulk-resolve them conveniently.
