SAP Business ByDesign connector

What is SAP Business ByDesign?

SAP Business ByDesign offers pre-built processes for finance, sales, product management, and purchasing within a unified solution tailored for small and medium-sized businesses, streamlining operations and improving efficiency.

About Kissflow's SAP Business ByDesign Integration

The SAP Business ByDesign connector of Kissflow Integration facilitates the seamless connection and synchronization of SAP Business ByDesign modules with various third-party apps and Kissflow apps. To integrate with SAP Business ByDesign, users must possess a valid SAP Business ByDesign account and be a paid Kissflow enterprise customer.

An employee submits an expense report in Kissflow for business trip expenses, which goes through a multi-level approval process. Once approved, Kissflow automatically triggers an API request to SAP Business ByDesign to create an expense entry, including details such as expense type, amount, date, and attached receipts. This integration ensures all approved expenses are promptly recorded in the SAP Business ByDesign account.

Currently, there are no triggers for SAP Business ByDesign connector.
